Full refunds are available for written cancellation requests received 21 to 29 days prior to the rental date. Requests received 7 to 20 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 0 to 6 days of the rental date. For weather-related cancellations, please email parks@cityofkyle.com on or before the date and time of your scheduled rental. If your request is received on time, you may be eligible to reschedule your permit or receive a refund. For urgent, after-hours reservation concerns, please contact the on-call Parks and Recreation staff at 737-396-1673.
