Facility Details
Located within Gregg-Clarke Park, Ash Pavilion is intended to be a multi-purpose covered area primarily designed and constructed for roller hockey however, countless other sports, activities and events take place under this 200' x 100' pavilion.
Ash Pavilion can be rented out. There are no tables or chairs associated with the rental of Ash Pavilion, guests must provide their own. Food is not allowed inside the pavilion. Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Minimum rental time of 4 hours.
Kyle resident rate - $120/hour
Non-resident rate - $240/hour

Note:
Full refunds are available for written cancellation requests received 21 to 29 days prior to the rental date. Requests received 7 to 20 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 0 to 6 days of the rental date. For weather-related cancellations, please email parks@cityofkyle.com on or before the date and time of your scheduled rental. If your request is received on time, you may be eligible to reschedule your permit or receive a refund. For urgent, after-hours reservation concerns, please contact the on-call Parks and Recreation staff at 737-396-1673.
