Join us for the 2nd Annual Fajita Contest at the Kyle Fair Tex-Travaganza! We’re looking to crown this year’s Fajita Champion in the Kyle area! Are your fajitas slow-cooked to perfection, or do they have that perfect sear and sizzle?
Registration includes: 3 Parking Passes & Entry into Competition
Combo Registration:
~ $150.00 base + $25 for each additional competition~
Entry into Fajita contest and entry into Rita’s or Ribs
Registration gets you: 4 parking passes & Entry into each competition.

Margarita competition check in is FRIDAY, MAY 16 starting at 1pm. All competitors must check in by 3pm.
Fajita & Ribs competition check in is FRIDAY, MAY 16 starting at 11am. All competitors must check in by 1pm.
Official Judging will take place Saturday, May 17th from 1:30p – 2:15p
People’s Choice will be held from 2:15p- until out of meat
Winners will be announced on Sunday, May 18th at 12:30p for both the official judging and people’s choice winner.
